3. Read and sign

I understand that I am offering these items for sale at Capes and Crepes Board Game Cafe. Capes and Crepes will attempt to sell them on my behalf at the prices I entered, which are non-negotiable. I retain ownership of each item until it is sold. When an item sells, Capes and Crepes will issue me store credit for 75% of the price I entered. The buyer has 3 days to return an item if its condition is not as described on this form (except sealed "New in Shrink" items and jigsaw puzzles, which are non-returnable); a returned item will be given back to me, and any credit already issued for it may be deducted. The contact information I entered is current and accessible. Capes and Crepes may return an unsold item to me after no less than 30 days, unless I chose to donate it. An item not picked up within 30 days of my being notified that it is being returned becomes the property of Capes and Crepes. I may not resubmit an unsold item for at least 60 days after it was returned.
